Consultation services may require advance payment processing in Euros (€). We currently provide integrated payment processing via recognised third-party providers.

IMPORTANT LEGAL NOTICE: Webmate Studio does not directly process, store, or access complete banking credentials, card details, or financial passwords. All payment transactions are securely processed through encrypted third-party platforms such as PayPal or Razorpay. We may retain limited transaction metadata including Transaction ID, Order ID, Payment Status, Amount, and Payer Email for accounting and verification purposes only.

5. DATA RETENTION & RECORD MANAGEMENT

We apply structured retention policies to ensure that digital records are managed responsibly and proportionately.

• General Enquiry and Booking Records: Active backend records containing names, contact details, enquiry messages, transaction references, and booking information are automatically and permanently removed after six (6) months from the original submission date.

Permanent Financial & Legal Record Retention: Where a user becomes a formal client, invoices, payment records, taxation documentation, service agreements, and accounting records generated under the Indian GST framework may be retained permanently where legally required for auditing, taxation, regulatory, or financial compliance obligations.

Regardless of geographical location, individuals may request access to, correction of, or removal of applicable personal data held within our operational systems.
